  Shandong Sanhe Weixin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is located in Dongdu Town Chemical Industrial Park, Xintai City, Tai'an City, Shandong Province. The company was established in 2012 and is jointly invested by Shandong Sanhe Chemical Co., Ltd. and Fuyang Weixin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. At the end of August 2012, the company entrusted the Tai'an Environmental Protection Research Institute to conduct an environmental impact assessment of the 3,000-ton sucralose construction project with an annual output of 3,000 tons. On December 14, 2012, Taian Environmental Protection Bureau organized relevant experts to review and demonstrate the environmental impact report of the construction project. On December 31, 2012, the Tai'an Environmental Protection Bureau obtained an annual output of 3,000 tons of sucralose. The administrative approval of the project (Taihuan [2012] No. 66), on December 30, 2013, was approved by the Xintai Environmental Protection Bureau for the trial production of the first phase of the project (500 tons/year). On June 6, 2014, the first phase of the installation (500 tons / year) passed the completion of the Taian Environmental Protection Bureau for acceptance of the Thai Ring [2014] No. 32

  Pollutant generation and disposal: The wastewater generated during the production of sucralose is discharged into the sewage treatment station of the plant together with the domestic wastewater after pre-treatment dechlorination, and the sewage is discharged into the urban sewer through physicochemical pretreatment and biochemical treatment. After the water quality standard (Class III emission standard) and the water quality of the Xinwen Wastewater Treatment Plant, it is discharged into the Xinwen Wastewater Treatment Plant through the sewage pipe network of the park. Emission standard: COD: ≦500mg/l Ammonia nitrogen: ≦30mg/l PH: 6~9; SO2 and HCL gas produced in the production process meet the "Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" after absorption by two-stage falling film + tertiary alkali. The secondary standard is discharged through a 25 m high exhaust. A small amount of non-condensable gas produced in other sections is sent to the water absorption tower through a closed pipeline and absorbed by the first-stage water spray. It meets the secondary standard of the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants and is discharged through a 25-meter high exhaust pipe; In the process, the management of feeding, discharging, centrifugation and pressure filtration reduces the emission of unorganized exhaust gas; strengthens the ventilation of the workshop, strengthens the greening of the plant area, effectively controls the impact of the odorous gas on the surrounding environment, and meets the “Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants”. Standard requirements; the company optimizes the layout of the plant area, selects low-noise equipment, adopts basic shock absorption, and installs sound insulation cover and other measures to ensure that the noise at the boundary of the plant meets the requirements of Category 3 of the Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises.
